Shipping and returns
Boldons ships worldwide via PostNL and DHL. All shipping services used by Boldons offer a tracking number and insurance for your package. If multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, the orders will be combined and the shipping costs will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested. Days in the following table refer to business days.
We strive to ship orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery deadline, we will, of course, notify you as soon as possible.
Please note: Your ordered item(s) will only be shipped after we have registered and verified your payment. Boldons does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Furthermore, all orders will include an official invoice with the exact total amount of the purchased goods in euros. We will not reduce the value or mark the item as a gift on the package invoice, as this is illegal and violates international import regulations as stated in Dutch law.
Returns, not received, wrong address
Returns
Want to return a product? No problem. Please contact info@boldons.nl . However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When returning your package, choose shipping with track & trace, so you can always track your package. Loss or damage to the package is the customer's responsibility.
Items must be received within 7 days (European countries) or 14 days (countries outside the European Union) of the order's delivery date. The item must not have been worn, altered, or washed and must have the original tags attached. Products must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition, without any postal labels. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are non-refundable.
Your purchase will be refunded via your payment method within 14 days of receipt of the item at the Boldons warehouse. All returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping. Returns must be shipped using a service that offers tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Custom-made products: these products are made/ordered especially for you and cannot be returned.
Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
Not received
If the item is not received by the postal service and returned to us, you will be charged the actual shipping costs (not according to the table above). The item price will be credited once we receive it. We will contact you to let you know when we receive the package.
Provided the wrong address?
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll then try to change the order for you.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Swap
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The European Union has a 14-day return policy. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
