Shipping and returns

Boldons delivers worldwide via: Postnl and DHL. All shipping services used by Boldons provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, the orders will be combined and shipping costs will be adjusted unless otherwise requested. Days in the following table refer to working days.
 
We try to ship orders placed before 12:00 on working days on the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. Sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Please note the following: the ordered item(s) will only be shipped after payment has been registered and verified by us. Boldons does not deliver to PO box addresses. In addition, all orders will include an official invoice with the exact total amount of the goods purchased in Euros. We will not reduce the value or mark the item as a gift on the package invoice as it is illegal and against international import regulations as stated in Dutch law.

Return, not received, wrong address

Returns
Would you like to return a product? That's no problem. You must contact info@boldons.com for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself. When returning your package, choose shipping with track & trace, so you can always track your package. Loss or damage to the package is the customer's risk.
Items must be received within 7 days (European countries), or within 14 days (countries outside the European Union) of the order delivery date. The item must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have the original tags attached. The products must be accompanied with the original box in its original condition, without postal labels. return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be refunded.
Your purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method within 14 days after receipt of the item in the Boldons warehouse. All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. Returns must be shipped using a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Custom products, these products are made/ordered especially for you and cannot be returned.
Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Not received
If the item is not received by the postal company and returned to us, you will be charged the actual shipping cost (not according to the table above). The item price will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
 
Wrong address provided?
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift vouchers.

Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 days reflection period. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
