Shipping and returns

Boldons ships worldwide via PostNL and DHL. All shipping services used by Boldons provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, the orders will be combined and shipping costs adjusted, unless otherwise requested. Days in the following table refer to business days.
Orders placed on business days before 3 PM, we try to ship the same day. However, we cannot always fulfill this. Sometimes products are not in stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.


Please note the following: the ordered item(s) will only be shipped after payment has been registered and verified by us. Boldons does not deliver to P.O. box addresses. Furthermore, all orders will include an official invoice with the exact total amount of the purchased goods in euros. We will not lower the value or mark the item as a gift on the package invoice, as it is illegal and violates international import regulations as stated in Dutch law.


Returns, not received, wrong address


Returns
Do you want to return a product? That's not a problem. You should contact support@boldons.nl for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product. When returning your package, choose shipping with track & trace, so you can always track your package. Loss or damage of the package is at the customer's risk.

Items must be received within 7 days (European countries), or within 14 days (countries outside the European Union) after the order delivery date. The item must not have been worn, altered, or washed and must have the original labels. The products must be accompanied by the original box in original condition, without postal labels. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be refunded.

Your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the item at the Boldons warehouse via the payment method. All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. Returns must be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Customized products, these products are specially made/ordered for you and cannot be returned.

Items returned to us without first having submitted a return request will not be accepted.



Not received
If the item is not received by the postal company and returned to us, you will be charged the actual shipping costs (not according to the table above). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
Provided a wrong address?
Accidentally provided a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.



Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14-day cooling-off period. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
