Is something broken or defective?
Have you received a product that is damaged or not working properly? That's incredibly frustrating, but we'll fix it for you. Let us know as soon as you discover it. We won't make a fuss and will immediately arrange a free repair or send a replacement your way at lightning speed. Your hobby shouldn't be delayed.
Complaint or not 100% satisfied?
Sometimes things don't go as planned. We find that just as annoying as you do. Are you dissatisfied with something or has something gone wrong with your order? Don't let it linger. Your satisfaction and the perfect Boldons experience are our number one priority.
